Shine works best when it is paired with a solid color. Matching a beaded top with a solid white jacket and black pants will have every eye in the room turned toward you. Caution should be stressed if you are thinking about pairing a beaded top with a differently colored beaded bottom, you don’t want to end up looking like a seventies room divider, so be careful here. Likewise, an all sequined or beaded dress is somewhat difficult to pull off. Some designer beaded gowns give off the impression of a mermaid, which might not be a look that you are trying to achieve.
Keep your beaded dress to above the knee length and your beaded tops paired with classic jackets and perfectly creased pants, and you should love this trend. Although at times beading tends to be more popular than at other times, this style never really fades from the fashion eye. So, adding a few flashy pieces to your wardrobe is not a bad idea. One word of caution – there are some tops out there that reflect beads in interesting animal print designs. You might want to stay away from the tops with a tiger face on them, but the choice is ultimately up to you. No matter what style you try out, if you love your look chances are others will love it too.
